An original necromancer sapphic romantasy that puts a new meaning to "second chance romance." Xandria met the love of her life. It’s too bad the king just removed her head. Years later, Xandria has finally figured out how to bring her back. Only to find out that their bonded love didn’t survive the afterlife. With a pissed off king on their heels and a kingdom falling to a cursed plague, one has to wonder if it was all worth it. Xandria seems to think so, at least, because true love never dies.
Mourning Star is a literary genius! Necro had me on the edge of my seat. Deep diving into a world of Necromancy where love runs deep and nothing else matters.
Doing what ever was needed to get their bonded love back, they fought against higher power and their own self doubt. Making this a wild f*cking ride from start to finish.
The spice level between Xandria and Artemis was treated like a sacred text. (I mean, I was patiently waiting 😏) which to me, made the wait utterly worth it.
I am quite literally obsessed!
